As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at LEMON LYRICS. We’ll keep it concise while adhering to legal requirements. When placing an order or making a purchase on LEMON LYRICS you agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Products:

– All digital products are instantly downloadable.

– Digital sales are final and non-refundable. In case of issues, store credit may be provided for another item.

– Digital services (e.g., video production, editing, mixing, mastering, artist promotion) qualify for a full refund if requested before services commence. No refunds are available once services are initiated.

Standard Return Policy:

– Undamaged products can be returned within 14 days from the receipt date for an exchange or refund via the original payment method.

– The following items are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscription services, Store Gift Cards, and any damaged products.

– Gift Card issuance is offered for items returned with a gift receipt.

– Opened software with a sealed license cannot be returned if the software license is visible before opening the package.

Refund Process:

– Refunds are initiated upon receiving your returned item. For canceled pickup items, refunds are processed immediately after the cancellation request.

– The refund method depends on the original payment:

  – Credit or debit card payments: Refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days.

  – Gift Card payments: Refunds are issued as Gift Cards by email or physical mail upon request.

– Please allow 3-7 business days from the product receipt date for the refund to be processed.
